I noticed Tom Welling’s picture a few days ago on The WB’s website advertising the season eight DVD, and wondered why a promo picture was never released for that image (see “The WB” screen capture below). Now a new Tom Welling/Clark Kent promo picture has just been released taken from the screencap below (right side). Thanks to “tariel22″ on Twitter for the picture!
