Clark is transported to the Fortress of Solitude” after combining  the three Kryptonians elements of power, where Jor-El than tells Clark is training is about to begin.  Chloe finds herself at the Fortress of Solitude nearly frozen to death, and Clark than interrupts his training to help his friend promising Jor-El he’ll return for his training. Jor-El allows Clark to depart, but tells Clark he must return before the yellow sun sets or there will be dire consequences.

 

MORTAL – Episode 2 – (#5.02)

Clark is stripped of his powers and abilities after not returning to the Fortress of Solitude to complete is training as he promised Jor-El, but Clark gets what he always wanted – to be with Lana and be human.  Clark, Lana and the Kents are held hostage by Belle Reve fugitives and Clark must rely solely on his wits to rescue them.

Arthur “AC” Curry (Aquaman) saves Lois from drowning at Crater Lake, and the two are instantly attracted to one another.  Clark has his first class with history teacher, Professor Milton Fine.  At the end of class, Professor Fine asks Clark to be his research assistant.  Clark gets suspicious of “AC”, and tells Lois he believes AC to be a terrorist.

VESSEL – Episode 22 – (#5.22)

Clark awakens to flickering lights, a barking dog and jittery farm animals.  Meanwhile Lex awakens with a pain in his head.  Lex then dashes out to his car with Lana following to Maier’s Field where he disappears in a bright light with Lana looking on horrified.  Jor-El informs Clark the spacecraft is the “Brain InterActive Construct” and will not stop until it’s master, Zod has been released, and Lex is intended to be the vessel for Zod.
