A Phantom Zone escapee roots herself at a make-out point in the form of a park ranger named Gloria. She needs men to propagate her plant-like progeny. Lois meets Oliver Queen and the two attend Lex Luthor’s costume ball. Lex and Lana move forward with their relationship.
6.04 ARROW Original Airdate: 10.19.2006 Written by: Kelly Souders & Brian Peterson Directed by: Michael Rohl Lois is kidnapped by thieves steeling valuable artifacts. Clark discusses Lois’s abduction with Oliver Queen and discovers that Green Arrow is actually Oliver Queen. Clark confronts Oliver about his double identity and as Oliver has also learned Clark’s secret, they declare themselves even. Lex and Lionel hatch a plan to test Lana’s true loyalty to Lex.

As the threat of Level 33.1 escalates, Clark learns that Oliver Queen has his own group of associates: Victor Stone (Cyborg), Bart Allen (Impulse) and Arthur Curry (Aquaman). Lex captures Bart and traps him in a specially-designed cage demanding to know who he’s working for.

A Phantom Zone escapee invades Clark’s mind sending his imagination into a dream world where he has no powers and everyone thinks he is insane.
6.13 CRIMSON Original Airdate: 2.1.2007 Written by: Kelly Souders & Brian Peterson Directed by: Glen Winter An aphrodisiac lipstick laced with red kryptonite makes Lois fall in love with the first man she sees – Clark. After kissing Clark with the lipstick, the kryptonite enters his system, resurrecting his uninhibited side. From there he crashes Lex and Lana’s engagement dinner and takes Lana away.

Lana has a mysterious stalker watching her every move. Clark assures Jimmy that his relationship with Chloe is as a friend only.

Tobias, a young man blinded during the second meteor showers, has the ability to track and locate other meteor-infected individuals. Clark and Chloe decide to pay Tobias a visit and he ends up identifying Chloe. Lana’s suspicions about Clark grow.

On Lex and Lana’s wedding day, Chloe calls Clark to rescue her from the wine cellar, where she is locked in. Clark arrives in super-speed and uses his abilities to get Chloe out, unaware that Lana orchestrated the entire event. After the truth about Clark’s abilities is suddenly crystal clear, she decides not to go through with the wedding. Lionel discovers this and threatens Lana to go through with the wedding or he will kill Clark.
6.17 COMBAT Original Airdate: 3.22.2007 Written by: Turi Meyer & Al Septien Directed by: James Marshall Clark seeks out a secret internet fight club in order to battle it’s champion – a Phantom Zone escapee called Titan. Lana collaspses and is hospitalized and given the grim news that she lost the baby.

Strange memory lapses have Chloe wondering if meteor effects are kicking in. Chloe’s blackouts turn out to be the result of telepathic control by her mother, who had been revived from her catatonic state and is being held by Lex. Chloe helps her mother escape, but without Lex’s drug, her mother reverts back to her catatonic state.
6.19 NEMESIS Original Airdate: 4.26.2007 Written by: Caroline Dries Directed by: Mairzee Almas Music:
Clark and Lex are trapped in a bomb and kryptonite laden tunnel after a former Green Beret named Jodi Keenan sets off an explosion in an underground tunnel that houses a LuthorCorp project. Clark and Lex must work together to survive. Lionel tells Lana why he blackmailed her into marrying Lex.
6.20 NOIR – Episode 20 Original Airdate: 5.3.2007 Written by: Brian Peterson & Kelly Souders Directed by: Jeannot Szwarc Music: “Somebody Else” performed by Erica Durance After Lana is found shot in an elevator at the Daily Planet, Jimmy finds a silver cigarette case that has fallen from Lana’s purse. As Jimmy is uploading the photos to his computer, a figure strikes him on the head from behind plunging him into an atmospheric 1940′s era dreamland.
6.21 PROTOTYPE Original Airdate: 5.10.2007 Written by: Steven S. DeKnight Directed by: Mat Beck Lois investigates a senator named Burke, whom she suspects of wrongdoing. She confronts Burke, but ends up witnessing his murder by an old aquaintance, a soldier named Wes Keenan, who was presumed dead. After connecting Wes to Lex’s secret Project Ares, Lex gives his new creation a new mission – to kill Lois.
6.22 PHANTOM Original Airdate: 5.17.2007 Written by: Todd Slavkin & Darren Swimmer Directed by: James Marshall A Phantom Zone escapee, a wraith called the Phantom, seeks a bodily host, and Lex seeks the beings DNA for his army. Clark tells Lana the truth about his origins. Martha leaves for Washington and tries to persuade Clark to come with her. Martian Manhunter tries to help Clark get the Phantom and in the process is injured. In her attempt to escape Lex, Lana runs to her car, and as she’s boarding her vehicle, the car quickly explodes. Seeking Lex, Clark follows Lionel to the LuthorCorp facility to confront him, but they are interrupted when the Phantom uses Clark’s DNA to create a near-exact clone of Clark and all his abilities, memories and thoughts, but none of his humanity.
