Synopsis:  Martha becomes exposed to meteor dust and collapses after attempting to bury the spaceship key in the storm cellar.  After being admitted to the hospital and examined, Jonathan is amazed when he finds out Martha is pregnant.  The CDC is sent to investigate the farm where Martha was exposed so Clark and Pete race to the farm to remove the ship, but Clark also becomes exposed and begins to suffer the same ailments as Martha.

Synopsis:  The voice from Clark’s ship explains that he is Clark’s father, Jor-El, and it is time for Clark to follow his destiny.  That evening, the ship brands Clark with an ancestral mark, and is warned by Jor-El that if Clark doesn’t leave by noon, he will hurt those he loves .  Clark and Pete set out to destroy the ship which brings unintended tragedy.
