A new article on “CrunchGear.com” is stating that Smallville MUST not be allowed to break Stargate SG-1′s world record:

Sounds like sour grapes to me. No one can stop the awesomeness of Smallville!

You got that right Monita!

In all fairness, I can understand folks being passionate about a show, especially since it held the record of being the longest run sci-fi show on television. Smallville will eventually take it’s place, and the Smallville fandom will rejoice, of course.

But one day our favorite show will also be knocked off it’s pedestal, and I’m sure we’ll be just as passionate about it.

I’m a huge Stargate fan myself. I just don’t understand why they would want Smallville to be cancelled. I would rather wish for more Stargate movies to be made.

Hey Monita,

Yeah, I agree. I guess I would be pretty bummed when Smallville finally beats that record one day, which is a huge accomplishment, and then they’ll be replaced by another show.

But I wouldn’t be writing a blog saying “cancel that show before it happens”, lol. Now that’s just freakin’ silly.
