I scanned an article from this week’s TV Guide issue listing Smallville episode, “Sacrifice” (airing this Friday, April 30th) at #1 on their “What’s Worth Watching” list, featuring Green Arrow (Justin Hartley).

Justin co-wrote “Sacrifice” along with Walter Wong.

I love how TV Guide pimps Smallville for us. I’m pretty sure it’s not an under the table deal, but just a “return the favor” kinda thing.
